Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods no reason needed. To cancel, email [sales@jungleboysdisposable.co.uk] within this period, quoting your order number.
Returned items must be: unopened and unused, in their original undamaged packaging, and returned within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at [YOUR EMAIL] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage. If you believe your product may be counterfeit, read our verification guide before contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened, used, or unsealed (for hygiene reasons)

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
